Wow! I have been a slacker at this blogging thing! So sorry for anyone who might be reading this? Guess I have been a slacker due to the fact that nothing is going on. We have been just trying to stay warm! Oh have I told anyone that I hate cold weather?! I used to love cold weather but as I get older…I hate it! We have even had snow. The other day as I was driving home it was coming down pretty good. Enough that I saw 2 accidents due to the fact everyone loses their brains when it snows or rains here in OHIO!
Today Hubby took off so we can just play around. Going to go to Staples and see if I can find my envelopes that I need for my Christmas Cards. Now with the computer, I make my own Christmas Cards. I have created this year’s card; now need to find some envelopes for them. Would like to get them done so I can get them out after Thanksgiving…huh might be early this year instead of scrambling to get them out. Then we are going to go to Lowe’s to see if we can find a Kerosene Heater. Ours puttered out…well one of them did. The one that I have had for like 25 years is still working just fine. The one we bought about 4 years ago…quit working! Then Hubby is taking me out to Lunch. I think we are going to Cheeseburger in Paradise. Hubby loves that place and I like it too. So it should be a fun day!...that is if I can ever get him out of bed!
We have already had our rounds of colds. Hubby still has his pretty good. He has had it for about 3 weeks now and can’t seem to shake it. He has been to the Doctor’s 3 times and he still has it. I had it for about a week. I didn’t have it as bad as him except I had an ear infection…I haven’t had one of them for years! Mine is still lingering a little but not much. The funny thing is that Hubby got his about 5 days after he got the flu shot and I got mine about 5 days after I got the flu shot. I know…I know…they say you can’t get it from the flu shot but this is the 3rd year that has happened!
If I don’t get on here before…I want to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all have a wonderful day with family, friends…I know I am thankful for my family and my friends and wish I could have them all here on Thanksgiving just to spend the day laughing and loving! I miss my brother Sandy and his daughter’s, Kyra & Kalli…miss you bad! Love ya! They live out in Utah and that is a long way from OHIO! They need to move their butts back to OHIO! I miss my Sister who lives in Florida and her kids and their families too! They need to move to OHIO too! LOL! I keep trying and they keep telling me no…but I will keep trying!!! Last my not least…miss my friend Nora and her girls! You need to move back to OHIO too girl!!! Even though you guy’s won’t be here…you guy’s are never far from my thoughts…Love you all!
